Krista Sigler
I'm an Associate Professor at Blue Ash College, a branch of the University of Cincinnati. My courses are for typically introductory World and European History, and specialty courses in Russian History and Early Modern. My interests in all things Net and all things digital has deep roots and I'm known as an early adopter. I wrote, for example, a small article for the newsletter of the American Historical Association, in which I explained what Twitter was and invited scholars to use Twitter in the classroom. I also wrote a brief piece for the Slavic association ASEEES' newsletter, asking scholars to live-tweet their experiences at our annual conference. In short, I'm very excited about technology and I'd love to find new ways to use it to stimulate my students and my own work.
